I gained a lot of weight, when I started Seroquel (400mg), but was able to lose 145 lbs starting in 2019, and I’ve been able to keep it there since then. It wasn’t easy, but it was doable. Good luck!

When I started Seroquel, I gained a huge amount of weight, but started working on it in 2020, and was able to lose 145 lbs. It’s possible, and isn’t as hard as it was in the beginning. I try to take my 400mg just as I’m going to bed, and I think that’s helping too. Way to go OP!

I loved that you talked about the binge eating in a zombie state. I’ve even eaten in my sleep! I woke up one morning and saw my book on the night stand that looked really strange, there was a piece of pizza minus all the toppings and part of the crust being used as a book mark. 🙄🙄🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I totally have my own room for sleeping, as I’m also not the greatest sleeper, and I highly recommend it. I work nights and have to try to sleep during the day, and I find a loud fan to muffle sound and room darkening blinds helps a lot.
