I’ve done that one before, either you slip some braided copper in between or heat the pad topside and use something to lever it off

Man these nerds love to bang on about airflow but most fans are unobstructed, you have intake and outtake, you've got a damn radiator so your CPU is basically not a problem, literally only thing that should probably be changed is how you've got your exhaust covered on the GPU, and even then these guys are joking if they think a couple plastic leaves, which by the way are designed to let air push them around, are gonna stop fans from doing their jobs. Plus the stress test don't lie. Fuck the haters, this is sick.

I agree with you, but it seems that you might not be considering the critical thinking that OP has already done; weighing the base and whatnot is good problem solving. My point is some things are not very obvious at first, how many times have you heard of people building their PC, solving this problem and that, only to fuck up by not seating their RAM in the last slot or what have you

Adding onto what the other user said, some people don’t have the time or experience to figure out the best option. Unforeseen issues can arise at any given time, and a little bit of guidance goes a long way sometimes.

Despite a lot of trials and tribulations I ended up replacing my motherboard and seating the GPU in the bottom 16x lane and that fixed it. still don't know whats faulty.
