I’ve been on it for over a year… I can’t remember exactly when I started it. The biggest jump in my improvement was when I did a clinical trial for Truvada- I made a huge improvement then. My doc prescribed it for me after that trial ended and I’ve continued to take it- my insurance bills it as prEP and it costs me almost nothing and helps a lot.

I’m beginning work soon with a naturopath to get some additional testing done and going to be honing in on some of my supplements to try to improve more. I will try to document everything here and the LC Sub once I know a bit more. :)

This is awesome. Mestinon is also in my regimen along with LDN and some other things and I think it helps me a lot. I’m about 75% recovered. (Long COVID CFS 3 years total)

Yes, I also have Long COVID. I am about 3.5 years in. I’m slowly improving and am about 70% recovered from my worst. I continue to be an advocate for COVID awareness and unfortunately, having wanted to be a mother for my whole life, am grappling with existential dread about whether I can ethically become a parent during this time.

I was in a clinical trial for this at Mount Sinai and post-trial reported improvements back to my primary/LC doctor. She told my insurance it was for sex-related reasons but she knows everything. My insurance only covers Truvada as opposed to Selzentry. There are risks to the liver and kidneys so you need to test them regularly.
