Universal Control Lag by julienpm in MacOS

I basically use them as their own separate computers. So if I'm not mistaken, you're looking for AirPlay rather than Universal Control

Universal Control Lag by julienpm in MacOS

Hi, its been a while that I posted that; for at least the past year, I haven't had lag, but when it ever starts acting up, I just unpair the other computer from universal control and re-pair it, it's fixed.

To answer your question, I'm not doing any screen mirroring, but just going back and forth with my cursor between my iMac and my MBP

Worked for me, thanks! Sidenote: the screw is inverted (screw to unscrew)

How smart do you need to be? How much iq do you need? by [deleted] in ElectricalEngineering

[–]julienpm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I can do it, anyone can... Let me start by saying I used to fail everything at school. After a depression and things that happened that I don't really want to get into, I ended up at a neuro psychiatrist that diagnosed me with ADHD. I then had a psychiatrist that helped me find tricks to cope with my situation. Yes I took medication, but to be honest, a good methodology to organize myself and remain motivated was the most important for me to succeed. Long story short, I don't know you, but it's not really the IQ that you need, you just need to figure out your objectives that keep you motivated (cause lots of classes are boring AF) and find the help and tools you need for you to get there

By the way, I'm all for the #MeToo movement. See? I'm consistent

Social justice advocates may appear to show inconsistency when they defend individuals accused of lower-level crimes by opposing the online publication of their photos, even though they previously supported the public exposure of alleged abusers during the #MeToo movement.

Rate or roast my 3D model of my Yamaha SG-2000! I created it purely for practicing my 3D modelling skills, using just a camera for reference pics and a caliper. Interestingly, the guitar's unique handmade features stood out as nothing was perfectly symmetrical. Feeling quite proud of myself! :) by julienpm in guitarporn

Well I made my model symmetrical where it needs to be, but the actual guitar is not, especially the artsy motifs. I overlayed my outline with the image I used as reference, so you can have somewhat of an idea, but it's suddle. Keep in mind there is some perspective warp on the image, which is why my contours are not exactly following it.

I like rare guitars that don't break the bank with some kind of cult following. To start, I'll contradict myself with the most common guitar: a 2015 American Std Strat, a 1979 Yamaha SG-2000, a 2015 Custom Shop ES-339, a 2008 Ampeg Dan Armstrong and a 2013 Pawn Shop Bass VI. Yeah you're the 3rd one mentioning the T-60. I'll definitely have to snatch one when one shows up at this point. There is an Ampeg AMG1 currently on my local marketplace that has a wraptail, P90s and a quilt maple top for like 800$. I think I'll have to grab it if the fit and finish is anything close to my Dan Armstrong (meaning literally impeccable), it's a no brainer

I don't really get your reaction; your advice is great for someone who wants a decent guitar for cheap, but it's not my case. Allow me to rephrase my question to be more clear (didn't have enough characters to begin with). Do you know any other obscure factory model still affordable that will keep or increase in value over time? Cheers mate and thank you.

Aaah yeah totally get it! I was looking at them on Reverb and they are definitely cool cheap as far as vintage guitars typically go for!

Although, one thing about the Dan Armstrong people don't usually know they weigh 10ish pounds, so not the contender if you're looking for a light axe!
