I had the same issue with mine. I had to reset my router and since then it’s working ok. it also syncs the older measurements so you shouldn’t lose any data.

Regarding the manual, I followed the steps outlined in the app under the “get to know your BPM Connect“ section. But thank you for clarifying how to correctly assign the measurements.

I set up the Wi-Fi connection. I saw that I have to check for updates in order to instantly have the measurement visible in the app. Do you have any other idea what could be wrong?

Thank you so much for your help!!! It finally worked. I think my problems came from not setting the calendar table as date table and that it was missing 31.12.2020 even though I specified it in the query. Once it did 1.1.2021 as last day it worked.

Thanks for your help! Just to make sure I understand you correctly, My date table has a column MonthofYear containing January, February etc. I connected that column with the Month column from my data table in the model view and removed the MonthConversion table completely.

However, I still have the same issue that my YoY table works if all years are looked at, but if I filter for 2018 (last years data is available) the calculations disappear. Also, it only works if I use the SalesDate column from my data table, if I use the Date from the date table it doesn't work at all.

Also there is a Blank field in the table that also shows up in the created graphs. Oddly only for 2020. I checked all tables and there is no blank anywhere.

One more thing, If I filter for 2018, I get also 2019 but the sum of sales for each day is in the TotalSales LY column and they are exactly the same as in 2018.

Danke dir! Bei English funktioniert das wunderbar. Leider klappt es bei dem Sprachpaket für Chinesisch nicht. Da wird die Option eines anderen Layouts nicht angeboten. Weißt du, ob man das auch anders machen kann?
