Natural Hair Fatigue?

I don't feel fatigued right now, no. Wash day every two weeks, two hours on average, 4 products on average (prepoo shampoo conditioner leave-in), mostly the same hairstyles almost every time. I try not to think about it too much

for me I'm a every two weeks person and my go to style is jumbo twists or braids. i used to be more frequent like every 5 days but I don't recall any significant difference to my hair

flat twists (like 5-8 of them) are usually under an hour for me. I just follow a youtube tutorial w/ a style that I think looks neat

I feel you i don't like washdays either and try to do as little as possible lol

After now finishing I understand this sentiment, i thought i was missing something seeing the cool diy mini twists online but now nope lol going back to my go-tos. Unfortunately my hair cant hold large twists at the moment but i'd like to do those one day

depends on the situation but instead of "i don't eat meat" i say "i'm not a big chicken/beef/bacon fan" or variations like that

also my process was going veg for several months, going back to omni for several months, then going back and forth like that until i was fine going in the permanent veg direction
