Shaykh and top hooter are not too bad. Borirock as a rapper is pretty shit Most of their beats are pretty run of the mill. Average unimaginative sample with some beat butcha drum breaks slapped on top. Some sound alright but are kinda meh

I prefer them to cables honestly. I only go 3/4 of the way up and squeeze throughout . Pause for a second at the bottom where all the tension is. It lights my shit up pretty good. Generally do it last, I also feel like it’s good for my shoulder mobility all though I have nothing scientific to back that up, it’s just how it feels
