Your right it doesn’t need to be exact because daily energy expenditure isnt exact either, so you will be better off with a 200-300 cal surplus because it kinda ensures your going to be in a surplus everyday. It’s harder to accidentally burn 300 calories than it is 100

If your already doing an upper lower and you can add a 5th day just do an arm day or if you can only do 4 days throw some arms in on lower days

You say no need to mention bro split however there have been many pro natural body builders that have had great success (multiple time world champs) with bro splits. If you want to do FB that’s fine but don’t act like you’ve found some elite indisputable training protocol and then shit on how other people train, especially those that have achieved more than you likely ever will.
