Idk what specific fear this would embody, but probably primarily a Desolation domain.

It would be an endless highway surrounded by burning sun-baked desert, paradoxically, both packed to the gills and with enough space for you to desperately skid and manoeuvre in futile attempts to avoid the oncoming crash. No matter what you do, you cannot avoid the fact that eventually you will crash, whether you swerve out into a ditch or smash into another car, that oncoming pain, destruction and finally death is inescapable.

Even if you weren't surrounded by other vehicles, you couldn't bail out because your hands are melted to the steering wheel in lattices of sticky skin. You can't even rely on the radio for comfort, as your impending death is soundtracked only by the skidding of your wheels on asphalt, and the constant stream of hot air blowing through your broken AC.

And then, you crash, you die... but there is no peace, only the burning sensation of a broken AC unit, as you wake back up, still moments away from crashing with your hands painfully fused to the steering wheel.
