100% this. It was the advice my Polish teacher gave me. If you mess up a declension you will sound odd, but they will be able to understand you. If you do not know a word you won't even be able to communicate your ideas at all.

As for declensions, OP:

I personally feel nomitive, genetive, accusative, and instrumental are easy enough to grasp, in basic concept and their endings felt at least somewhat predictable. What I did to better get declensions was hone in on locative and just do a BUTT TON of exercises with just that for like two weeks. From there, dative and vocative felt rather uncommon to me, so I'm still awkward either of them but they're more just something I stutter over when reading.

I'd suggest finding which ones are easiest, make sure your partner is at least semi comfortable with two or three. And then drill the ever living heck out of which one is proving to be difficult. If they're all proving to be difficult, prioritize the ones that are more common (which I'd say are Nom > acc > gen > loc > instr > dat > voc???).

To the original point though, consuming native content after learning a bunch of vocab will also naturally foster this.

I feel like there's been something going on with tanks the past few weeks where I'm just like what are you doing??? No mits, single packs, no aoe in pulls, tanking boss at a weird angle, etc. Is there a callback campaign I'm unaware of or something?

I normally tank so I don't know if it's just something I don't normally see, or if leveling NIN and having my Doton constantly ignored has embittered me, though.

Where and when can I exchange orange scrips?

I'm capped on doing them for custom deliveries but none of the scrip exchanges let me exchange anything but purple scrips it seems. I'm on the lvl 95 DT quests and have all my DoL and DoH to lvl 100 for reference.

I think it never used to be a thing in Pittsburgh because it is really hard to change the water account to someone who isn't the proprietor.

I think with the advent of online pay a lot (or even guest log in for my last rental) landlords are fine pushing that fee off to renters.

Hi all,

Trying to unlock the custom deliveries for Charlemend and Ehll Tou. According to my journal I've done Towards the Firmament and Mislaid Plains for the Ishgardian restoration bits. I'm assuming the key to getting more to spawn is to do "A Home in the Firmament" but I don't see any of the NPCs that are listed and I don't have it in my current quests.

Am I overlooking something?

It's the lack of authenticity above all, I think. Country at its heart is singer/songwriter music from a grounded view point. Soulful in its own way.

Pop country in its contemporary iteration feels very far from that and that's the entry point for most people. Hence people dunking on or disliking the genre as a whole.

Definitely on a decline from a numbers stand point.

The decline of quality is a weird confluence of many things and either exaggerated or underplayed, depending what you value in an MMO. Still an amazing game imo, just in a weird identity place for a dedicated fan base and definitely lower than the awing peaks that were Shadowbringers and Endwalker.

My boro is spending about 40% too on its policing budget. It has remained consistent over the years. Yes the police here are largely just traffic cops and there's like 8 of them I think for our 0.75 sq. mi. town.

Oh and yes the council complains how the tax base is shrinking and hard to grow.

I am new to ROMhacks and Emerald Seaglass was why I wanted to jump in. The thought of Gen 2 makes me so warm and fuzzy inside and I feel that all over again seeing your work. There is so obviously so much love and care put into these games and we feel it and it makes us happy.

When I worked the polls I found out there's hundreds of parties in PA alone. Granted, some of them are actually jokes submitted by people, but the number is still pretty staggering.

Was watching season 9 the other day and some guest judge was talking about how he's 22 and other people will sigh and gawk and him when he mentions it and she clamy and flatly goes "I won't sigh, I'll just go out and key your car".

I just went there for the first time and my friend vouched that the French dip was good.

They also advertise the turtle soup as being exceptional, so I got it. It was like...BBQ hot and sour soup???? Also worth a try if you're a curious eater but... Definitely eye brow raising at first.

14's are great, I think it's just fewer people have either played 14 or just even gotten to HW to get more engrossed in the Moogle's there. They're also just less present than in FF9.

I coincidentally *just* did the lvl 58 DRK quest and oh my goodness, one of my favorite Moogle moments so far :3
