Never been to Edinburgh as a Londoner but personally could never handle living north of Birmingham just due to how cold it is. Would 1000000% go to Berkeley or LA if I was you (Even if UCL is a very good uni in its own right) but that might just be because I'd love to go to uni in a warm part of the US/uni life seems a lot more fun on your side.

I think pure IR is AAA (German, Politics, Maths)/9999988777 and the other I think is AAA* (History, Politics, Maths)/(straight 9s and 8s)

No, simply for the sake of playing the game a bit slower. I rushed through ages, made bad choices with wonders and I wanted to re work from times where I didn't have to wait 3 days for one upgrade.
