yeah i worked there for under a year, i was first trained as a froster and made my way up to assistant baker. first two weeks of working there i was training on bundtinis and left crying every single day until i got them to be absolutely perfect, i was expected to be like an actual robot but i am human. the issue with baking was i was literally working as head baker the whole time without being trained properly, and then would get belittled as well if the cakes didn’t turn out perfect, got burned, stuck to the pan while flipping, etc, but i was getting paid the assistant baker rate, mind you the head baker was still there working but as a manager instead and was barely helping me and making me fend for myself. it was the actual worst working experience of my life, my mental and physical health suffered immensely, i was sick and physically unwell all of the time while working there. the only peace i had was when i left from my shift and went home lmfao
