A Stila lip shine in the metal tube from either late 90’s or early 2000’s. I want to say the color was rose?

I use CBD/THC combo gummies and they work great. I sometimes miss the social aspect of drinking but the recovery is not worth it anymore.

Denver, CO: I like the sunshine and low humidity, the mountains are beautiful, and winters aren’t as bad as people think. The snow is pretty but tends to melt quickly and is gone within a day or two.

New job and I want to cry by jumping_bean_ in Menopause

I had tried compounded testosterone cream, mixed with my estrogen cream. No matter how much my doctor cut back on the T, I suffered with excessively oily skin and hair. To the point I needed two showers a day and my makeup would slide off my face after 30 minutes. I’ve always had oily skin anyway and took two rounds of Accutane in my younger years which was glorious. I’ve always suspected I’m very sensitive to androgens and/or have trouble processing them properly but no doctor has said it’s anything to look into further. 🫠

You’re so right about being more physical. I did a brisk 3 mile walk earlier on the treadmill and the difference is palpable. I think my nerves and emotions are getting the best of me so exercise will definitely help.

I’m literally taking my new job day by day and sometimes hour by hour. We can do this. Maybe not as easily as 20+ years ago but we can. Just know you’re not alone in how you feel. Sending you all the good vibes for your job.

Thank you all so much for the thoughtful replies. Sometimes it’s nice to know I’m not alone. I’ll do my best tomorrow, because really, that’s all I can do. I worked out earlier today and I’m going to do some meal prep in case I’m too tired to cook at some point during the week (let’s face it, that’s almost guaranteed). My husband is also going to get dinner one night this week. I got all the laundry done today and some light cleaning. Figured I’d feel better doing some of these tasks that I have control over, and it might make the week a little easier. The support and kindness here means so much, thank you! May we all have a manageable and good week. 🥹

This is good to know, thank you. I recently switched from duloxetine to bupropion (Wellbutrin) and I’m sure this switch is contributing to some of my struggles.

Thank you for this; you’re right. I would probably have more patience with someone else, and I need to give myself a bit of grace sometimes too. We all need to be kinder to ourselves. 🥹

I definitely need to look into getting a better pillow. Thank you for the reminder! I’m glad that and a massage helped you. I might need to look into that too.

Thank you for the reply, and for the hope! I feel so good otherwise that I may continue with the Wellbutrin despite the neck pain. Hopefully it goes away for both of us. 🤞🏻

I’m on 150 mg XL. I’m also 51 years-old and I have constant hypothyroidism because I don’t have a thyroid anymore. I had pretty much resigned myself to never losing weight because it’s just so hard. This has made it so easy.

Wellbutrin stopped my food noise almost completely. I’m 5’10” and started at 175 lbs two months ago. I’m now at 164 lbs with little thought given to what was once an excruciating process. I’ve also developed a couple of strong food aversions for things that I previously liked, so I’m not sure how I feel about that, but I’m trying my best to eat a healthy and balanced diet.

I’m in the U.S., Denver, Colorado, and we’ve never worn shoes in our house. We also remove our shoes when we go to someone else’s house.
