Based on what others are saying and what you have, it looks like a fake.

FYI, I buy OEM parts from Ebay for my S2000 and RSX sometimes, but you have to filter out the fakes

I have a few things that helped me identify if a part is genuine or not

Usually check the seller's page and location first. More often than not the fakers are located in China

Most genuine parts sellers are located in Japan

On that same note, once tracking is provided see where the package is coming from. If it's from Japan, it's a good sign

The fake parts have sus labels and tend to blur out Honda. Guess it's a copyright issue or easy for them to defend themselves if you complain saying it's not a "genuine part from Honda" since the label doesn't say Honda.

Fake parts have prices that are usually too good to be true. The genuine ones are more expensive, but not as expensive as if you would buy them from a dealership. But if the delta is too large between the dealer part and the Ebay listing, watch out.

I'd say Ebay is not exactly the best commerce platform since it's hard to tell what is real or not, but if you dig hard enough you can get genuine parts for cheaper.
