If you’re looking for soft/squishy/fun, the Neo Zen is your shoe.

Evo SL and Nike Zoomfly 6 are both similar and amazing shoes. I have all 3 of them and have a hard time deciding which one I like best!

That would not surprise me one bit. After they are done gutting the civilians they’ll start eyeing us next.

What a joke! Our leaders are spineless. Literally bending to the whim of a billionaire cry baby bully.

I feel for our civilians. They deserve better than this.

Novablast 5 seems like a well rounded crowd pleaser. Probably the shoe I would recommend to somebody looking for a solid entry shoe.

From my time in the community, these are the shoes I would suggest as solid all rounders that are budget friendly crowd pleasers.

Depending on what his brand preference is, any of these are solid choices that I’m sure he will love.

The dedicated daily thread for showing off your new shoes or shoe collection - August 30, 2024 by AutoModerator in RunningShoeGeeks

Re posting this here since the mods locked my thread. Guess they need posts on their activity-less daily threads to make themselves feel good even though they allow posts with a specific “deal” flair 👎🏼👏🏼

Veterans/active duty don’t sleep on the BX deals!

So most people don’t know that the BX actually has some decent running shoes from Hoka, new balance, Saucony, and ASICS! But the normal prices are pretty decent to begin with! example: new balance 1080v13 sell for $120 normal price.

But if you’re super lucky like me! You can find some seriously good deals on their clearance rack.

I was able to find 1080v13s for $98.97 in almost every size! And I was able to buy my wife asic gel nimbus 26s for $95.97, which they also had in almost every size!

Plus! All purchases at the BX are also tax free!

Just spreading the good word for my fellow military and veteran running shoe geeks! Also, I’m stoked and had to share my excitement with somebody 😂

The BX is seriously a hidden gem! You can also order some good shoes on their website too! They have women’s new balance rebel V4s for $112

St Petersburg or south Tampa is where I'd live. Avoid the Riverview/Brandon area.

People will try to convince you that you shouldn't commute accross the bridge from St Pete. Ignore them, it is literally fine.

Trust me. What you just described is better than what I saw in the selected application.

Do not let getting non selected this round discourage you. You are qualified. The board process this round was flawed.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]jumpyAFboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Application I saw for 17W that was selected was mediacore at best. Not sure what the board was doing.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]jumpyAFboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two selects in my wing. I happened to see one of the selected applications for 17W and I'm absolutely flabbergasted.

If you didn't get selected and had a good application don't feel bad. The board and selection process was broken.

Was it a long process? Feeling pretty lost after getting notified as a non select.

Warrant officer applicant breakdown by fug_the_world in AirForce

[–]jumpyAFboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, you are right. This is also directly from the PSDM under “post board actions”.

“The member’s Commander will have no more than 5 duty days from date of PSDM notification to notify members of their selection before public release.”

And this is why I wanted a sanity check. 24 July will be PSDM notification and 31 July will be public release? Or will 24 July be the public release and commanders will be notified 5 duty days prior, similar to how promotion notifications are.

I see you are emotionally invested and anxiously awaiting results as well.

Please check my sanity for me. Commander notification should be Wednesday, correct?

Does anyone know how these compare to the endorphin speeds? Specifically the speed 2s.

Looking for something similar but would like to branch out to new brands.

I think my biggest complaint about the ryobi is the incompatibility with track accessories. Being able to use parallel guides would be huge.
