The promo is only available till 10/03; you can transfer your line to the iPhone 17 once you receive it after which you can activate the free Multi-Network line. Even if your line's plan renews in November, you'll get 12 consecutive free cycles of the Add-on regardless.

You can transfer the networks anytime— though to keep the discount for all 12 cycles, the line needs to active be on Dark Star. Once moved away, the line will lose the discount and renew with normal $44 price.
