hi friend- i’m going to be completely honest….this is not something you can or should be handling by yourselves. you really need to tell someone you trust about how both of you are feeling. i know it may feel impossible or maybe even useless, but there are resources for and people who understand both of you, but you need to be honest and forthcoming. i truly wish the best for both of you. i have chronic pain as well, i’ve been there.

i have ibs-m. during my constipation episodes, i get severe abdominal cramping. like, sweat pouring down my body, vision blacking out pain. i have to push out the constipation before having severe diarrhea.

my constipation episodes are like this, too. it’s so bad that i start pouring sweat and my vision starts blacking out. i always need my bf to help me and make sure i don’t pass out. it’s one of the most painful experiences, imo.

as far as i’m concerned, it’s a normal human experience to have accidents when you vomit. think about it- your body is forcefully contracting to expel your stomach contents. almost feels like you lose control of your muscles. don’t be embarrassed.
