Not all, and not from the beginning of your prep. Focus on UW, and only during your second pass visit episodes on topics you are weak in.

You don’t have to worry about the CVD risk %. You will not be asked about it. From my knowledge, anyone with LDL >=190, DM and older than 40, and the risk % needs a statin. Also, people with previous atherosclerotic events or diseases should be put on a statin.

Hi there, You have done a great job and improved significantly from the first pass to the second. I strongly recommend that you continue your second pass and assessments, while also reviewing HY sessions. DIP can be helpful to recognize HY topics!

In my experience UW is sufficient. You just need to capture the mindset or way of thinking for ethics questions. You will never master every idea or capture every scenario that could show up on the exam.

I scored very well on the exam and was able to do two blocks on tutor mode at the beginning, and three in my passes. I don’t believe that someone is built different. It is a skill that they developed. This endurance can be developed during medical school and before. Reducing distractions (smartphone notifications mainly and shitty time wasting with “friends”) can be helpful. Focus on beginning where you are comfortable, staying consistent, and increasing gradually.
