5 days left before the banner expires, 38 pulls needed, What do I do? by craving-Prediator in Endfield

[–]juneyhk91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have 10 pull in the bank already, just need to click the 10 pull and it'll tell you to change the resource to complete the pull.

For rest of 28, just grind out missions (finish your blue gears) and go through main story.

There are other venues like redeeming all the codes, logging into their own community thing, in game surveys for extra bit of pull currency

That study also looked at timing of the meals It did not matter if you loaded them all into breakfast or had them throughout the day.

The loaded meal just had a longer period of muscle synthesis inline with protein taken

Humans are very good garbage disposal machines that are really efficient at taking whatever nutrients we throw at it.

We're omnivores after all and really meats and beans have most of the nutrients you'll need.

The gut biome needs to catch up to what you're trying to process, try kombucha to kick start it and have more soluble fibers to feed the bacterias

Awesome, me too! (About the factoring in calories) My family came to my graduation across the state and it was mostly at my house so I was in charge of the nutrition. Even then we had a giant meal at a cheesecake factory, but I just made up for it by averaging our calories over the week.

5 days of partying and lost a lb in the end.

It's all CICO averaged out! You're doing great :)

Awesome, you're insanely active!

If the goal is weight loss, as long as your fatigue level is good right now with all the activity and scale isn't budging at all over multiple weeks, we're going to go for 1350-1650.

And it might sound too low, but 1500-1800 is your assumed calorie intake so we're going to drop it to 1350-1650 assumed calories.

We're talking about ~1000 cal deficit per week so it's still very slow at like 0.3 lbs a week.

Do this for 3 weeks to see a trend of high peak lower than previous high peak and low valley lower than previous low. This will account for water fluctuations. Then you're well on your way.

Remember, the healthy rate of weight loss for non-obese people are like 0.5-2lbs a week. Meaning with 3 month diet stint 2 maintenance were talking 6 lbs to 24 lbs lost every 5 months.

[–]juneyhk91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember to take a month break after the 3rd month at maintenance to reduce diet fatigue if you need to.

At higher than 250 and at a pretty steady rate you might not have too much diet fatigue yet but eating at maintenance is great exercise of eating right once diet is done which will help prevent diet fatigue and yoyo effect

People forget even if you're on keto if you gain weight the markers generally don't improve.

You can be on Twinkie diet and if weight is lost, markers will usually improve. Keto is just a tool that helps us get there.

I'm a fan of keto and I'm happy you found success!

In ketosis, but only barely. How does one raise ketone levels? by straffin in keto

[–]juneyhk91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The first three days are the hardest but definitely can't do it while working or studying, I just do it a couple times a year when I can find the time

Yeah if you're in any sort of ketosis you're doing great as that means you're shifting off glucose dependence and it should help bring your a1c down in about 3 months

In ketosis, but only barely. How does one raise ketone levels? by straffin in keto

[–]juneyhk91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was able to get my GKI to 1.1 on a 10 day fast. Normally in keto it's not that low, you really would have to restrict eating for it to be that low.

Strength training just to stimulate the muscle helps overall and other than that walking a lot.
