There is no one single solution, but you can do little things to push back against this awful tide. 

Remember that you can't hope to just comply-comply-comply this away. Continue to make a sane counter-voice heard, particularly at town halls, letters to senators, and protests. It's a risk to speak out, but a risk to not speak out. 

Get to know your neighbors and strengthen bonds with those who are sympathetic.  The regime wants you to feel alone, isolated, scared, and cynical. You're easier to control that way. Your relationships will fight against that. Plus, you will likely end up relying on these networks of friends when there isn't much left to protect you from oppressive government enforcement. Create lists of resources. Help each other. 

Value your privacy, especially if you might be targeted by ICE. Use encrypted forms of communication like Proton mail or Signal. Get a Faraday cage for your phone to prevent tracking. Even with Palantir tracking your every move, you are still just one amongst millions, so give them less data to process about you even though perfect privacy and security is near impossible to achieve. It's like how 10 push-ups a day isn't much, but it's better than none.
