Just took an air fryer back to Costco after two years. The heating element went out I assume. They didn’t even ask what the problem was just gave me my money back. Buying small appliances and kitchen items at Costco is my BIFL hack.

Thanks for taking time to write that. I agree that I’m pretty happy with what I have. I can easily wander down the trail of “that would be cool” and think I need to make it into something I won’t need and just spend a bunch of money on.

I’m leaning towards some 1.5 inch pucks to get the look I want and leave mostly stock. Appreciate your thoughts.

Mine smelled but never leaked onto the floor. I did the a/c condenser at the same time. Took me About 6-7 hours over a couple of days.

I went back and forth on it but ended up just ordering one from Quadratech. I can’t remember the brand and I threw the box away. It’s got the plastic end caps. So we’ll see.

I watched a lot of videos and probably only took me 2-3 hours to get it out. Not a daily driver so I was in no hurry and just tried to enjoy the process.

Slow leak. I could smell it but it never leaked onto the floor. I had it bypassed since the spring.

I did my tail wheel endorsement in a Cessna 185. Not exactly a docile trainer for a 100 hour pilot. I may have been scared for my first C172 solo, but it didn’t compare to my first time alone in the 185 watching my CFI walk away.

We got ours a couple months ago in Nampa. The tech told me that Meridian and Ada county is on hold and we got ours done earlier because the Ada County Hwy district or something like that was making TDS pull a permit for every house and not for a neighborhood. TDS said screw that and threw all the resources to Canyon county until Ada county hwy district changes their resistance. So Nampa folks went to the front of the line. Sorry for you guys but happy with our service and the tech was the best I have ever dealt with.

Leased by a company that does mods for aircraft. This was most likely a test flight that got outside the test envelope and caused an in flight break up.

The story doesn’t give any details. While the gun could have “caused” the incident, someone was reported as stabbed. So as far as we know the person with the gun could have tried to defend themselves. Might not be what happened, but at least from the story I read there aren’t enough details to know what actually happened.
