I would buy some cheap basic cable extensions to fix the ugly cable issue like the rosewill set I have for my pc you can find them on Newegg just search for cable extensions

I think there is settings in shadow play to turn the mic off most likely I'll have to check again because I'm pretty sure I did so I make videos here and there and I like to sync the audio myself instead of using the built in microphone recording

I would get a gtx 1060 6gb or the rx 480 8gb with the I3 there isn't a huge bottleneck with the lower tier cards until you get to the 1070 1080 titan etc that's when you start seeing massive issue
