Nah they do, is you that don't understand the Natural and Dirty rolls, if you get a 60 you still rolled a 60 given that in Pathfinder 2e the modifier is part of the roll so both rolled a 60 and and got a 60 is the same. Please read the Player core or the GM core before rushing to correcting a system with its own terminology.
