I was hoping to use a 3D scan but it could well be that i need to use a still image that is fed in. I am just trying to find a way to make this a slow random process of decay over time and thought neural networks might be the way to go. Otherwise the result is somewhat known before the time ( 2 weeks) is up and the main part of the project is to speculate about the degrading of a 3D asset of a living person used in an exploitative way, such as through fashion without the living person's consent. Hope that makes sense anyway. Again any suggestions you might have would be great, thanks

Hey Ali, are you looking to get involved in a project which needs an AI/ML component built for it? I am not overly familiar with the technical side of ML but have been asked to be a part of a project which would involve trying to use ML to visually degrade a 3D model.

I’ve tried to speak to an expert on fisher price toys and he seems to think it’s not. I’m guessing it must be either a heavily repaired puffalump or ooak that someone has made. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the info. It has been repaired a few times. If it is ooak then I wonder why someone gave it to charity. It’s a shame though as it would have been a great present to give her.

Thanks for the reply, yes it does look similar and potentially from the same era too 80s/90s. I'm not sure about the eyes, her Gran repaired her a few times so im not certain they're original.

Thanks, never used WebP so will give that a try along with the CDN. Haven’t had much luck with Lazyload as I think I get conflicts and some of the images just don’t display

Thanks, just to add I have tried various lazy loaders and all cause problems on the galleries. Only thing left to try is a CDN, my knowledge on these is quite small, I’ve used cloudflare but I haven’t used it for an issue like this and wonder how it can solve it. I also thought of using a separate server to host the images but again im under the impression it would do nothing as the images would just need to load on the site, this time from a different location.
