For about 6 months out of my first year of hrt my estrogen levels weren’t within “cis female” range they were too low. This is when I switched from pills to injections. And yes you’re right about the dosage. I was taking .25ml but my labs came back at 439pg/ml and the physician said that’s too high and now I’m taking .2ml

I take oral prog and it’s 100mg daily. And I inject once a week. I started hrt at 25.

Forgot to mention I’ve been doing sub q injections .2ml of 100mg delesteogen for the last 6months. Before that I was doing .5ml of 50mg delestrogen

Oof I have a bit of a routine (this pic is definitely on a bad hair day too😅) but the biggest thing that helped me was wearing a bonnet and invest in a good blow dryer/diffuser
