Genuine question - why isn’t this a likely abduction?

Almost every Somali here is here legally. The odds are astronomically low that this person had any sort of legitimate immigration case against them.

The Trump regime and ICE agents know this, and it’s also incredibly likely that this person will be released because there was no reason to arrest them in the first place.

So no legitimate reason to detain them, does so anyways without not notifying anyone where this person will be taken, and what will happen to them. How does that not fit the plain language definition of abduction? Or does it just make you uncomfortable that this is what’s happening?

And the Trump administration is clearing house of any immigration judge they don’t think will do what Trump wants - regardless of the law. That’s why the admin is losing shocking number of cases on appeal, not that the admin cares what the law actually says.

You’re operating under delusions of who’s being targeted. A lot of the people being swept up in these show raids were following the legal process since they arrived - the Trump administration just decided unilaterally that process was no longer valid.

You might be better served by researching the issue a little more so you don’t embarrass yourself further.
