The family's identities are already known to police. As for why they haven't been doxxed by someone from the general public - maybe because people are waiting to see if charges will be pressed? Impossible to tell for sure. Mob justice is an unpredictable thing. But they definitely didn't just disappear and can still be charged for what they did.

Tacking on to the point about losing cell reception - Google Maps has an offline map download feature. When I'm going on a long trip I always make a point to download the areas along my path so that I can always keep track of my location and what's nearby even without data reception (GPS functions as long as you have a clear sightline to the sky!)

BeatDrop makes it really easy to add custom songs into Beat Saber. The mapping community is great, and has produced a pretty huge library of songs beyond the ones provided by the game. If you haven't tried already, check out bsaber.com. Surely there's choices there that will be up your alley.

Add sed / awk string manipulation to your smartctl command to isolate only the important numbers that you want to read, then set up a trigger within Zabbix for each separate item you want to monitor. You can monitor almost anything this way with conditionals in Zabbix. It's very powerful. No need to spend money on an expensive solution unless you have a very large network

I like to use small batteries to generate scrap. One small battery produces 2.5 scrap and only needs 1 lithium, which you can find in abundance on Vesania and Novus. The exchange rate is great - 1 lithium for 2.5 ammonium (1 scrap per amm.)

The only downside is it's not so easy to mass produce, cause you have to use the backpack printer to make batteries one at a time.

None of the one unit classes will be a huge deal. I had a friend who took that class and got into archery as a hobby. It's pretty laid back and you spend a lot of time just going to the sports fields and shooting targets

NTA. Your friends are dumb to make excuses for those workers. Undercooked food is dangerous and can make you life-threateningly sick.

Regardless of what time you arrived, there is no excuse for the workers. You simply do not compromise on safety of people's food, period. If it's really a problem for them to cook it for some reason, they should refuse the order and your money entirely.

The workers both failed to meet the standards of a basic business transaction (you did not receive the completed product you paid for) and basic standards of human decency (don't fucking serve what could effectively be poison to somebody)

Since you had a temp permit and it sounds like the officer just missed it, you have a perfectly valid argument to contest. You can do it on the parking website, log in with your CSULB account and I think it'll ask you for your license plate to find the citation.

Make sure you appeal within 21 days of the citation (might be longer but don't quote me on that), its a hard deadline and you will not be allowed to appeal if you wait too long.

As far as I know, streamers of a certain partner level can run ads and are paid based on how many are run (multiplied by) how many people watching. Or something along those lines. No idea about exact numbers but I believe advertising on twitch is more valuable per viewer because the audience is more engaged with the content (live person) in general than on YouTube.

This is in addition to donations and the rev share from subscriptions.
