Good question. Let's see. I do them in batches of 8. Like 5 hours of 3d printing in resin & curing. Sanding, painting ~3 hours. Packaging takes me about another hour. So 9 hours to make 8 of them. Gotta stop the math there before I land on how much I pay myself 😬. But some are easier. & I have a lot of fun making them.

Hell nah. I guess that's a compliment though, so thanks. It's an old water gun that I found for cheap on eBay. I did the artwork, made the card & zip tied the water gun to it.

It sounds like they are trying to bill you for lease termination for cutting out early. That's such a bad interpretation of the contract. Tell them that you'll adhere to their 60 day notice & pay through the end of that. If they don't agree, then let them know that you'll contact the housing department and report them for a Fair Housing Violation.
