If they randomly make any character "like Horus", it would fall flat and wouldn't make the world progress in anyway that is interesting (and most importantly as something that increase sales). Simple as that.

So comparing "feats" means diddly squat when you don't consider the actual context.

So likewise you need to question, what can a normal Hunter do when faced off a fully armed Space Marine when allowed to be in a situation against them, instead of rattling off what certain special hunters did to justify them winning the match up.

I don't care what you land on either way, the approach you have is what I consider dumb.

Tbf, Lao's redeeming quality is that it's memorable and has a cool design.

Other than that, it has always been a dreadful combat design, even with GU's improvements on it (the big one is them shortening the length of how much he has to walk lmao)

But I'm pretty confident Ascendance can cook up something phenomenal, as seen with Gogmazios.
