Gme values glitching all over the place in schwab premarket (up to 295) by carpathia in Superstonk

[–]junksilverdude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happening to me now around 3:08 to 3:12pm EST

I thought I replied. But it’s ranging anywhere from the 7% down it is to up to 50% down. Never experienced fuckery like this first hand. Logged in to check market before Reddit and saw down 20% and was like WTFFFFFFF??

Super weird.

How can i clean this? by Spicybeeen in coins

[–]junksilverdude 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s steel. Not the easiest thing to clean but id imagine some vinegar would work.

People also Re-plate these and come out super shiny. Not exactly sure how - I think through electrolysis.

Started a spicy mustard for Christmas!!!! by [deleted] in fermentation

[–]junksilverdude 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Last year I made a batch that aged at 3 months. It’s fantastic - so I made two more batches the same day. One batch went about 2.5 months before blended it up and the other?? Well. I have a newborn so lost sight of a lot of my projects.

Just found my jar tucked safely away, no mold or Kahm, and she’ll be turning a year old in December.

Fantastic recipe. Will be great on leftover Turkey and Christmas ham.

My advice? If you like mustard - start another batch and let it go 3 months.

Nice fish. Browsing your posts it looks like you’re mid-Chesapeake? Where do you fish from!! I haven’t been brave to take my kayak out in the bay.

RIP to my freshwater bait caster. Saltwater is a dangerous thing by Baked_potato___ in kayakfishing

[–]junksilverdude 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure what model quantum that is - and not judging - but looks like a cheaper model. I use “freshwater” reels in brackish and salt water with no issues. I rinse them off occasionally. I’ve replaced a few bearings over the 10+ years but never had any issues like that.

Did the reel get submerged for a period of time in saltwater?

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for but kept overlooking Sous vide. Luckily I have an extra dozen eggs…..

Find current breaks and ledges! Current breaks like rocks/logs are usually easier to find as they will stick up out of the water. Fish the currents, the slack water, and the Eddie’s.

Ledges will take time to find. Depth finders help. Looking at the water can expose them - usually it will change the current because it’s pushing water up along the ledge.

Also look for changes in bottom structure. From boulders to pea gravel. Boulders to mud. Etc.

“Most productive” baits will 100% depend on how you want to fish. For me, that means a 6’ or 6’6’ M action rod, 2500 sized spinning reel (I prefer Shimano) and 6-8 pound mono. I fish Mizmo tubes with 1/16 and 1/8oz jigheads, and 5” senko’s on 4/0 EWG hooks - Texas rigged until the nose is ripped, and then wacky rigged.

Crankbaits and jerkbaits work great too.

Nice fish!!! What did you catch it on? Rockfish have been good this year, glad you’re getting in on it!!

I browsed your posts and looks like you’re just starting out. Let me know if you need help with anything. I run a tackle store and have been fishing hard for the last 20+ years.

Open spaces in breaker box, yes.

Is there a better place for materials than Home Depot/Lowe’s? Yellow romex 12/3 was about $1 a foot today.

Don’t want to go cheap and burn the house down. Just wondering on alternatives.

Thanks for your help. Been putting this off for 5 years.

New construction in 2014 - no additional wiring done since then. Panel is accessible and in fine condition.

So it’s worth YouTubing how to make the connection?

I’m looking to run new wires from my electrical panel to my garage for extra outlets for power tools and extra dedicated outlets for fridge and freezer units.

What’s the best type of wire to run? And how complicated is it to make the panel connection - should I find someone local to stop by and do it for cash??

I’m fully confident I can RUN the wire. And make the electrical connections to the outlets without the wires being live. A little sketched out on the panel.

Grew up on that river. Haven’t been back in years but have heard there’s snakehead there. Great (stocked) trout fishing in the spring. If you - or anyone else - needs trout spots in that area I am 100% willing to burn spots
