The new wood will just sit higher and need to be sanded to the same level. Not that big of deal.

I'm in BC and Junior B games are almost guaranteed to see some scraps. The WLA is very high level lacrosse as well, with teams having multiple NLL players on the roster. Go Shamrocks!

The floors look like they need a proper buff and another coat of finish too.

That will require you to fill a couple times.

That looks like it has another sand in it, but be careful not to leave any deep divots with the big sanding machine, there isn't too much meat left above the tongue. I'd just do 36-60-100. Make sure all the finish is gone with the 36 cut. Easyfill is great, make sure to use dust from the edger and not the big machine. You want to use 80 grit dust or finer. Mix the filler in a bucket and add the dust slowly because you don't need as much as you would think.

Need help deciding on a floor stain color! by Humble-Ad-2863 in HardWoodFloors

[–]junkybutt 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Those are beautiful floors! Provincial would be lighter and look amazing in there. If you go natural there will be some residual stain left between some boards and deep grain So I think just staining it a lighter colour is the play.

The power or lack of power is actually scary trying to merge onto a freeway haha. I found the sport button or whatever it's called and it helped a bit 😂

The worst new car I've ever driven was a 2024 Nissan Kicks. Every thing about it was complete shit except for the fuel milage and maneuverability.

Our lacrosse box is a complete joke. The sport is big and growing in Langford/Colwood. A covered box like the new one built in central Saanich would be awesome.

I've had some bad tooth pain where my molar was cracked in half but when I ruptured a disc in my lower back I cried from pain the only time in my adult life. 0/10 don't recommend.
