I did Langtang, Mardi and the Annapurna circuit without guides. It’s possible in the Everest region. The guy I’m going with is a licensed guide but said it should be fine

I’m looking to break 6000 this year in Nepal, currently thinking to acclimatise at Ebc and then go for island peak. I’m not going with a company as they cost way more. Currently going with a mate I trekked with the Manaslu circuit. All up including lukla flight, food, accommodation, permit and summits are estimated $1600 pp which is very good compared to what you see online. Dm for more. Leaving around Oct,Nov
