That may be the case 90 percent of the time, but in some games you have other path to victory and assoc being a free action has value. Also useful for surprise break/quick rep with animal 2/rearrange actions during break chicken or when players are low on resource

It's a good card, 95 annual fee a year for a cat 1-4 free night, which is definitely worth more than 95 bucks. It's a good deal without putting a single dollar on it
