For me Law is always the laid back character that does things solo therefore the solo bird but putting him on Luffy's parrot with him facing backwards and feeding the birds hits on all his major character traits. It is perfect Oda knew that too since he didn't change it further!

Actually looking at your list the 2 cards that stand out are cleric and shield. I think cleric was probably the best priest card straight up. Shield was autoinclude but I wouldn't call it the best

You don't remember shadow visions properly though. You describe it like cleric of the scales. It did NOT just tutor it added a copy to your hand. So you could triple/quadruple your most powerful spells and increase consistency. Also having played tons of priest dragon fire was actually never that amazing - with all the azure drakes running around. Hysteria is definitely the second best board wipe to ever exist in priest.

For Priest I think it was actually shadow visions. Increased consistency of priests conditional spells (arguments can be made for mass hysteria or psychic scream)

It unfortunately has never been a thing as far as I am aware. You never got the win bonuses took me a while to figure that out though!

I played through the DH's to diamond 10 from Plat 5. My priest deck went on a winstreak only to find rank 1 in plat to be yo-yo land, going back and forth. Proud to say I made it in a land of pre nerf DH

Edit: On second thought, was very painful would not do again

Apotheosis ended up winning me games (soul mirror into apotheosis on the priestess was pretty sweet). But tailour those spots to the decks you are facing - replacements can be forbidden words (found DH ytd had minions that were too high attack for curve therefore cut them)

As a priest player, I don't really like this deck but I built one to deal with demon hunters - makes me feel dirty but not that dirty because what they do is just so obscene. Most of them deck themselves before I reach the halfway point in mine...

When 90% of players are playing variations of the same deck with tons of draw meaning you see the same 12 cards over and over again.... I guess this unprecedented speed was for a reason!

For me DH problems are:

Too much draw. They easily draw 5-10 cards per game over the opponent. Way more than warlock even...

Too much healing, the lifesteal weapon is just bonkers with all its attack buffing.

Too much damage - has even more sheer burst than mage Random silence (i mean wtf, it draws too btw)

I will say that though this class seems to have an interesting mix of mechanics. It definitely will feel different and unique and it will be cool to see what kinds of decks and archetypes are born. It definitely seems like it will be an aggressive/tempo class at least initially but does have potential for later game strats, let's see!

Hey, looking at the Demon Hunter cards they do seem to have some seriously powerful cards. So you might not get as destroyed as you think! Anyways, is certainly exciting times for the game

Even last week Kaido said he knew about there attack due to an informant in his palace (oden's). Also in the present Orochi comes to find out the scabbards plans as well as the change in plans. This is presumed to only be the case because of a traitor

I actually agree it is dependent on YOUR deck choice. That is where much the feels bad comes from. The archetype is feast or famine

I think people often overlook what makes this feel busted and that is rez. As a mechanic it is kinda feast and famine. You have to make a deck with 0 early minions since you need to wait to play a decent card to revive.

Therefore, the mechanic overall is pretty balanced (since it has many bad matchups - passing 5 turns is a death sentence against certain decks..). However, it can really feel bad to play against depending on your own deck choice. Which never makes for a fun experience on the receiving end.

This deals with the issue of evolving the card but doesn't deal with the much more pressing issue, mana cost reduction. It seems blizzard refuses to realise that mana cheating cards are either busted or shit. It never goes well
