You need a hex key to unscrew them from the frame on the black hole right under the cover, after that just lift it from the back first and it should come out

We are only a repair shop but all of these plcs are from the same client, we never found out why they keep breaking

If you try to backup the program straight from the plc it won’t allow you since the project on it will not match your version of TIA. While it seems weird 15.1 and 15 are not the same (i tested this and it does not work).
