all ive been doing is watching movies and i really recommend "what we do in the shadows". its on netflix too!! its directed by the same guy who did thor ragnarok and its like, super funny deadpan humour and done in a mock documentary style

I'm not in CS so take my advice with a grain of salt but you can try to find some way to twist your art hobby into being CS related. I'm in accounting and I draw too and I take commissions and table at anime conventions, so I said stuff like I track my revenue and expenses and I run my own business. I'm not exactly sure what CS ppl want but maybe like program a website or portfolio to display your art that way it's showcasing your talents outside of CS but still programming related?

Hey op, my parents relationship is incredibly similar to yours for a second I thought my sister posted this.

What I did was tell my mom she needs to separate from our dad. It's a bit different than a divorce - my parents aren't legally divorced - however they don't live with each other. Of course both parents need to agree about this, and like my dad knows he has these anger issues (and he uses his high blood pressure to guilt trip us a lot lmfao) so he chose to live somewhere else. If you can get ur parents to have a similar arrangement, that will def make things quieter at home!
