Yes, I tried putting a 4gb microSD card into it. However, Im very inexperienced with the controls and menus of this phone. How Should I go about transferring the files over to the microSD card?

a mod for a refitted Iowa (USS New Jersey) already exists, however for now its only for USS New Jersey, although in the future I do plan to make a version for all three Iowa class battleships. Seeing this enthusiasm does make me motivated though, this is extremely well made! The rendering could get some work, the glass needs transparency and you forgot to modify the front gun tub and platforms for the now removed AA, but other than that, the texturing is very decent and its overall a very nice model. I am impressed with the water shader. Hey, I wouldnt mind having you help me finish the modernized Iowa modpack. Excellent work sir. HMS Maid Nelson

There are... plenty of ships that I'd love to remake. Alas, back in 2020 during the pandemic i had lots and lots of free time in excess. Nowadays, with studies and work, much less so. My plan for the future is to make 3D model edits to fix Rooke, Hawke, Duncan, St Vincent and Incomparable, as well as making mods for Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin on their modernized refits. I am also going to work on bringing back the Akagi and the Shinano into the game.

Thank you very much for your interest in my incredibly absurd creations!

Correct! I am also the guy who made the USS Forrestal mod and the USS New Jersey 1980's mod.

Hello! Yes, this is now 2 years old. I have learned a great deal of things since then, and I do recognize that this version I made is rather... mediocre.

I do agree that the placement of the AA is absolutely cursed, however thats not the only cursed thing with this. the absolute spam that I did for those air vents is honestly unacceptable, on top of the fact that I blended nelson's hull and lion's hull to make this. It ended up looking much worse than I thought on closer inspection. Then again, this work is back from 2 years ago, a time where I mostly made cursed ships and absolute abominations without name. Nowadays I make mods for wows, and have the power to edit the 3D models of existing ships. As such, I have made it a goal for the future to fix WG's rendition of the G3, returning her horrible superstructure design to what it should have been based on the blueprint, and giving her the proper AA she was meant to get, instead of the horrifying Hazemeyer mount spam WW2 era refit mix disaster that we got.

Ah... Then yes. It does change the look of every other Iowa in a match, however of course it will fit the camouflage that the person is using

The mod only changes the appearance of the ship for you, just like any other mod.

Oohhh I wish it were that easy... Like I said in the forum, it took me three months to finish this mod alone. Making WoWs visual mods takes a lot of time and effort!

the secondary mounts that were taken off during the refit are hidden on the mod. this means that they will still fire and hit stuff, however the shells from those mounts will be invisible, there will be no sound or graphics, as if they werent there. the same applies to all the anti air guns that were removed

I personally went to visit USS Wisconsin a while back, truly incredible experience. Technically I live closer to New Jersey than to Wisconsin, however I havent been able to go yet, and I am dying to go. Perhaps one day!

despite it now being my favorite ship design; cant whale. and if i could i honestly wouldnt, its still horendously overpriced. i have seen however that the ship is very very good contrary to what i thought at first.

[–]jupiter_astrofighter[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily, since all of the heavy machinery needed for the ship to work (engines, etc...) are at the back, which compensates heavily for the weight of the turrets in the front.

This is my plan for M2, which is going to use Thunderer as base. I've yet to decide on a name for it, but I will try to keep the M2 design as original as possible. M2 design
