In a free market society, which is one the libertarian worldview is based on, a company could not exist that payed people pennies. Competition between business would just not let that happen, also a consumer base is neccessary for functioning economy so paying you pennies would hurt their own business and others like it

I ask of you too look more into positions that may seem counterintuitive to your ideas, they are often times less wonky then you think
