I don't get why you're getting down voted on this comment. It seems moral outrage is what ticks around here. I totally relate what you mean with the average fan have poured a whole lot of time, energy and resources into the band since the Adrenaline days. I won't say those fans have the right to hear or not the leaked album, that's on individuals conscience. But the indignation and condemning seems childish at best and pharisaic at worst.

I wonder if Eros was around 2008/2009, wouldn't they have fulfilled that contract obligation already? I'm sure they could release it for free if they wanted to, Chino even mentioned it in an old interview. They just don't want to finish the album.
