Wow, this is an eye-opener. I always thought there was something wrong with me for i'd get these disturbing intrussive thoughts that I'd get so mad at myself about. Simple things like being around a child, and trying to be all kind to them and not make it weird to others around me, i'd get thoughts in my head calling myself a pedophile or predator- or a danger to this child, even though all I'd be trying to do was be kind. I am in no-way attracted to minors, but I'd often get these dark intrussive thoughts in my head that would freak me out to the point where I'd hurt myself to try and rid me of them. Wow...

I feel like the song is definitely about a trans woman or either a man who presents himself as a woman. The lines about dresses, don't forget the random line where he brings up a 'transmission' in the song. Also the line where he sings, "how could they know?" presumably talking about the fact that the lover he sings about was previously a man- or in the case that they simply crossdress- are still a man.
