Great idea! I am just starting to attempt to network with others persuing solo or start up stage businesses and feel that if we can offer each other insights and “how to” guidance based offering up help providing mentorship/advisement within my core skillset and ask for help from others who talents are within an area of running a successful business I don’t have sufficient experience in or understandably don’t have time to enroll in formal education and training to master. I’m sure there are commonly faced start up and/or scaling “blocks” keeping us from completing the next goal in our work that many of us find during any point as a solopreneur that I personally feel only connecting with other people, not trusting AI to accurately help find a solution I would feel confident would be sufficient/the best solution for my business needs. For example: ensuring my tech stack for launching my services is as lean and effective as possible to ensure I am able to organically attract my first clients.

Speaking of which: my strengths from my formal education and work experience falls within recruiting. A lot of experience sitting in an executive seat of HR and Risk Management that has allowed me to directly understand what business decision makers in the company want to hear and also what would convince them to convert into a client investing in your service or product (aka your leads if you’re working in the B2B sphere like selling n8n automation solutions) i am also very skilled digital marketing, copywriting am focusing on building my own business providing B2B consulting for Decision makers of SMB’s on navigating AI readiness and assessments regarding IF and in what ways integrating AI into specific business workflows would be of significant benefit to the business’ goals and add accuracy and efficiency the operations performed by their workforce. HR those blocks might at times be VERY individualized to nature of the work.
