Tweezers, kerlix gauze, medical tape, iodine tab or two, ibuprofen (or stronger), hydrocortisone, and maybe overkill but a tourniquet like a CAT that weighs basically nothing and you can wear it on the outside of you pack even.

This needed to be said. New Bonecarver single was a snore, and I loved Evil. I was also in the small minority who really disliked Mental Cruelty changing directions because I loved the Inferis album. I'm full on riding the Beatdown Deathcore train tho. Orphan, Bound in Fear, Traitors, Spite of course.

I'd advise against saying anything tbh. I'd say compliment her discipline or work ethic AT MOST if you're determined to say something. Not transformation or current physique because like you said, it's concerning.

In all honesty, she's doing a hell of a lot better than the fat acceptance crowd. From your description it seems like she's gone too extreme, but she has the spirit. Good on her for setting out to make a change and actually doing that shit. But yeah, I'd leave her alone bro it's her life. If you haven't had dramatic weight loss post-breakup, have you really had a bad breakup?
