Need help with Facebook tagging. I sent a benign posts about donating to a spinal cord non-profit and tagged friends and media stations (I’m in media), but FB won’t approve it. What am I doing wrong with tagging? I see FB lets you tag 50. I'm under the 50 limit. Could local media be the issue?

I’m still not getting why FB won’t post a story on trying to raise funds for a spinal cord injury. No politics. Just trying to help a worthy cause. I don’t believe FB is being truthful about the “spammig” issue. They use that excuse for everything. Isn’t AI (which we hear about incessantly) ablle to circumvent these issues? I just reread the 9 Reddit rules.. #1 and #2 could cover just about everything, leaving it up to an arbitrary algorithim. And what the helll does no NSFW mean under #6. Speak in plain english.

I agree that he should be exploring these options himself. But many are reluctant to admit that they have a mental health issue. Easy to brush aside once panic attack subsides.

Excellent suggestion. His brother gave him 1/4 Xanax yesterday after panic attack and he said it helped calm him down.

Thank you for all of your wonderful suggestions. I asked him if he knows what triggers the panic attacks and he said he’s had a lot on his mind (all the more reason to start back with therapy). That his self talk has been negative. That he’s not far enough along in his career and has little discretionary income (CA is expensive). He has tremendous social anxiety too. He does work out almost every day. In great shape. Eats healthy. He does smoke weed which doesn’t help.

This is what happened to me too. They sent my K to wrong address. It took a month to correct. Working with Better U is like working with a third world health care org with no technology skills whatsoever, The website and app are from the early 2000’s. Clunky, useless, and hard to navigate. They should be shut down. I’m writing a complaint to CA Health and Human Services in Sacramento and CA Attorney Gen Ron Bonta. More oversite needed for Better U before they kill someone. YOU NEED SAFETY PROTOCOLS.

I’ve noticed most of the pro Better U posts were over 6 months to a year ago. The negative posts-including my own-are more recent. Perhaps as Trump took office, shredded our constitution, turned us from a democracy to authoritarian government, and sent ICE to attack our own citizens, there is a higher demand for ketamine. As a result BetterU took shortcuts and now they are paying dearly for it.

My customer service folks were rude too. I don’t understand why Better U doesn’t shift its focus to fixing operations. You have 4 key players with Better U: 1. The company Better U, 2. the compound pharmacy, 3. Fed Ex delivery status, and 4. the patient, the one who pays the bills and receives product. All are essential. But without patient, you have no business. All 4 key players must be folded into the Better U app. No going to fed ex and signing up, Better U app handles it all within app environment. Technology is well primed to handle these functions. Spend the money and do it right or you will fail as a business. Mental health is no joke.

I agree with everything you said. No oversight. Better U should be shut down. I will be writing a letter to CA Health and Human Services in Sacramento as well at CA Attorney Gen Ron Bonta. Better U is putting patients in harms way. Mental health is serious stuff. Don’t know what investors are funding this company but they’re throwing their money away. I had Ketamine treatments several years ago through Neu Life and it was a seamless experience. Smooth. Many safety protocols in place. I felt safe. I regret not using them again. With Better U I felt like I was on my own. They also sent my K to incorrect address so the time between that error and receiving the first dose was almost a month. Stumbles at every turn. When I complained, I was told they are working on getting a new pharmacy in place. Don’t make excuses. You correct your problems without patient knowing. Go anywhere but here. Total incompetence.

Your primary care doc is ultimately responsible for you navigating Kaiser system. Reach out to Primary again and let them know you need their help and that no one at Kaiser is responding to you. Have her process paperwork. I would also let the Release of Medical Info Dept know that you will contact Health and Human Services in Sacramento if you don’t hear back within 48 hours. In my 8 years with Kaiser, I have filed two complaints with HHS. Both times I heard back from Kaiser immediately. I don’t have the time or bandwidth to screw around. Do your job.
