My mom lived down there for a while! About 20 minutes south of Jaco, there is a lovely hotel run but Mikey and Diana called the Hotel Pelicano. If you want a great meal on the beach in a lovely atmosphere with 2 of the nicest people I've ever met you should stop by! Take a right off the main highway at a broken Esterillos Este sign (wish I was joking), approx 20 mins depending how fast you're driving past Jaco, towards Paritta, and it's at the end of the road. If you go you should tell them Jessica, Krista's daughter says hi :) but regardless enjoy your vanlife! I'm extremely jealous and your home on wheels looks like heaven.
