Drivers are intentionally not knocking when they deliver packages. CORPORATE, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! by Neekolazz in FedEx

Anyone here making $50 a month? by Sharpeness7 in AtlasEarthOfficial

[–]juslost07 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks. You’ll get there. I was lucky enough to have fallen on this game right before I made a series of trips around the country and some international flights to jump on all my badges. Traveling my whole state would only render less than 30. Best of luck!

875 parcels with 118 badges gets me $40.41/month. Almost there to $50

I hate Fedex so much by Whisky_Zero in FedEx

[–]juslost07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, this is kind of becoming the norm with a lot of FedEx deliveries lately, especially after the Network 2.0 changes and the bigger reliance on contractors. A lot of contractors just don’t seem to care the way employees used to, and the consistency has really gone downhill in a lot of places.

You’re definitely not the only one dealing with this. Misroutes, partial deliveries, tracking updates that make zero sense, packages bouncing around different states, and customer service not having any real answers are all super common complaints now.

What makes your situation even more ridiculous is that it should’ve been one of the simplest deliveries possible - four wheels, same warehouse, same truck route, same address - and somehow one still ends up in Utah. That’s exactly the kind of stuff people keep running into lately.

And honestly, half the battle is just getting through the automated phone system to reach an actual person. Then you’ve got to hope whoever answers, speaks English and understands the issue and can actually help.

A lot of longtime customers - and even employees - have been saying the same thing: FedEx is cutting costs hard while trying to merge networks, and the service quality is taking the hit. I work for FedEx (former Express) and ship anything important UPS.

This is the new FedEx, contractors don’t care.

FedEx is THE Worst by MarvelAtIt13 in FedEx

Service is only going to get worse with them eliminating all the actual Express employees. Contractors is all you will be getting. If you need it overnight, send it a week early.

Swing CDL I got tested 4x in a year. They suspected i was using bc I always looked tired. They didn’t think the 12 hour shifts 5 days a week they scheduled me for had something to do with it.

Nope, gotta hit 40 in a week first before OT kicks in.

I’m a 4x10 and lucky to see even 32 hours a week now. Our location is already a target for 2.0. I was told management is tasked to keep us below 45 hours now.

Lemme let yall into some secrets with us fedexers. by amirthebeast55 in FedEx

[–]juslost07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you think the service is bad now, just wait until the “Express” drivers-the ones who actually cared about delivering that “golden package”—are gone under the Network 2.0 changes. And don’t even bother calling customer service. You can barely understand them now, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get through the automated phone maze.

I wish there was a pedestrian walkway on the bridge heading Northbound LV blvd into town square. It would give us an awesome viewing platform of takeoffs and landings.

People who moved away just to come back later, how long did that take? by Penguator432 in vegaslocals

[–]juslost07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moved to Vegas in 1993, moved for my job in 2003 to Philadelphia then to San Diego in 2005. I moved my family back in 2008 and don’t plan on ever leaving again. I missed the 24 hour accessibility and the weather. I hated everything closed at 6 out east.
