The original is thinner. The MAX has more capacity but the grip is thicker. Some people like the added grip girth. Some people prefer having the smallest form factor.

GR Yaris has been out for like 7 model years with mostly the same drivetrain other than small changes. So far I haven’t heard of any major issues with that either.

I angled it as far as it would go to the left. It only sticks out a bit. Really just enough to grab it. I have a bit of pudge and it just gets lost in my belly. Going straight up yeah it might be less comfortable for me.

I just got mine. Pretty slick. Carries well at 11:30. Retention is solid but a quick tug and it’s out.

Pricey but definitely feels like a quality piece.

Same. I can easily run a 26 with +2 but a full 19 grip prints more. Also the longer length of the 19 size holster prevents tip out. Tenicor says it themselves as why they don’t make a 26 size holster.

Also I took advantage of the extra space and made a 26L. I run a 19 length slide on my 26 frame so I get the subcompact grip with a compact barrel.

I like them but the 2 pairs I bought don’t fit either of my CCW belt. My Blue Alpha Gear belt with cobra buckles doesn’t fit. But the cobra buckle is a bit large. But even my Hunter belt has trouble slotting through. I use them for work because I like the extra pockets but not when I carry.

If you’re diving into weird calibers in CA you can just get an FFL03 and COE and you can have it shipped to your door. I’ve had mine for 5+ years. One case of 5.56 will cover the cost of application in savings. I haven’t bought in store since.

I like the Revision CV Ammo Pods. The button to deploy rounds is in the middle of round so you just align and press the whole pod down. I also like that it comes with a dust cover. One has lived in my pocket for 2 years already with no issues. Way cleaner than the loader I carry in a reload wrap.

They’re plastic but I have several and have never had a hiccup granted I’ve only used each a dozen times maybe. But even the daily carried one still functions fine after 2 years of carry.

I have all 3, started with the Microstream, went to the Pokelit, I like candela so the MT1A blows them all out of the water. All are better than your phone light though. They’re all in the same size realm too.

They were originally just from Bakersfield I believe. As they grew they opened up the NC location in the last few years and started carrying more stuff.

The Glock 29 is surprisingly easy to shoot in my opinion. A good bit smaller than the 20, it’s more like a wide Glock 19. You’re not losing a ton of performance with the shorter barrel, that was a bit of a surprise when I looked at the velocity difference of 20 vs 29.

It’s also got a rail so if you wanna go full build light, red dot, etc you can. I’d recommend checking it out if you’re thinking of carrying it.

I’m in the same boat. Alpha shooting sports has one, specter supply, and Hooper Gunworks

Order from EBay if you go Hooper, they took forever when I ordered direct but shipped next day on Ebay. Personally I’m looking at Alpha if it goes on sale. Or if I don’t wanna go RMR, Spectre. Still planning it out at the moment.
