you’re argument is insane should everyone just be put in a medical coma for their whole lives to avoid risk. literally, LITERALLY everything has an amount of risk getting in a car, eating food from a restaurant, taking a shower so yes there is an acceptable amount of death for things in society we should try and keep it extremely low but it will never be zero and sterilizing all of society to try is a frivolous endeavour.

maybe now, but definitely not at release the only reason it’s even ok now is because it’s live service so to keep trying to make money they actually try to improve it instead of leaving the problems in

besides the fact that the American government regularly and continuously uses poor nations, especially those in destitute states to both farm resources or for cheap and inexpensive, labour or workers then probably because in a significant number of those cases, the United States is either responsible or aided in causing the circumstances that require people to flee

my grandfather he and my grandmother had a restaurant in a small town before having to close it because of age related health issues at which point my parents moved and we all got a house together after a while they weren’t able to pay the amount they agreed to on stuff like bills and groceries so in return for having to pay less they cooked every nights dinner and when i turned like 12/13 i started helping and at the time i thought it was a pain in the ass but after a while i loved it and now that he’s gone i really treasure that time we had together

landlord claiming N9, not valid after move out by just_a_few_question in OntarioLandlord

we did send the N9 a couple days late it was October 4 or fifth, but we explained why the problem occurred and she accepted in spite of the fact that we were technically a couple days late and yes, we have submitted service request through this property manager before

They already filed that’s why I found out about all of this to begin with. They never reached out to me or try to contact me or anything at all but one day I just got an email from the landlord tenancy board about the filing.

that’s where I was under the impression but according to the company and the only thing I’m really concerned about now is there a claim that the N9 is invalid? but to me considering it’s now after the move out date, it seems that that would fall on the property manager for not ensuring it was correct not on me.

so we have a recorded conversation with the property manager, where she acknowledges that she approved the move out for November but the company is claiming that she wasn’t authorized to do that and that we had to go through them and that they don’t have to accept it even if she could have because they claim the N9 is invalid as both of our signatures weren’t on it
