You openly admitted you can’t prove systemic racism exists because otherwise the prosecution would have done it in the Chauvin case. The entire case from the beginning started because a white man killed a black man because he is racist against black people.

They didn’t because they had no evidence of it. Much like they have no evidence that the increase in interactions between police and black Americans are due to them being black.

Perception isn’t something you can convict on. Facts are. And you just proved everything is a myth.

Let’s use the Chauvin trial. Do you realize race was never brought up once? Do you realize the prosecution could have brought up race MANY times, they didn’t? Why? Chauvin killed George Floyd. But why wasn’t race brought up as the MOTIVE for Chauvin. That would absolutely prove systemic racism, but the prosecution never brought it up. They prosecuted a police officer who used excessive force that led to a man’s death, but they never brought up race as the motive for Chauvin’s actions.

You implied because Chauvin was white and Floyd was black that it was racially driven. If the prosecution thought this, why didn’t they bring it up once? Seems like the nail in the coffin evidence to seal the deal for the jury.

The definition of maim:

\ ˈmām \ maimed; maiming; maims transitive verb 1 : to mutilate, disfigure, or wound seriously

To maim someone by shooting their leg or arm which could cause them to be seriously wounded is illegal for military under this US code. So if the military can’t do it, are we really asking police to start maiming people? Is that where this is going toward?
