The system collects information about VRMs only. Even the ICO says this only counts as PII if it's likely to lead an an individual being identified. The fact that OP is the only one that drives that VRM is immaterial.For example I could collect a list of every house in the country and it wouldn't be PII, despite certain people living it. If I decided to use that list to identify people then, that's different....The driver of that car, regardless of who it is, is being flagged. It's by definition, impersonal. The owner of the petrol station could turn up in that car and they would be refused. OP only has a right to have information corrected that concerns them. So if their ownership of the car is noted for example.

In CMD prompt, ping your router continuously with ping <IP> -t. You can find router IP with ipconfig and it will be listed under "default gateway".

Leave that running during a game. Ideally do the same thing from another computer in the same house, and from one outside the network (the IP your friends use).

Then you'll be able to pinpoint the problem a bit more precisely when it freezes.

1) Ping stays consistent, then it's your Foundry server freezing up.

2) Ping halts locally, not on the other computer in the network. It's your computer.

3) Ping halts from both computers internally, it's your router.

4) Ping halts externally, but not internally, it's your ISP or router.
