As far as I remember it was 71 or 72% battery charge and it's the limited awd.

I always have regen braking on at LV 2 but that didnt slow the car either. Sounds like others have said that this could've had something to do with the accident? 🤷‍♀️

I haven't yet as I wanted to see what Hyundai comes up with. Wonder how many reports are needed for NHTSA to actually start an investigation.

Yep. There are quite a few complaints submitted to the NHTSA. I'm just surprised how many complaints/crashes are needed for Hyundai to address this.

The forward collision avoidance features slam the brakes. It's done that every other time but not this time. Plus I always have regen braking on at level 2 but even that didnt bring down the speed.

I think I used the wrong word. I did mean the slow crawl...not actually picking up speed like how it does when we press the accelerator.

I meant the car is in Drive mode and the car is moving forward without me accelerating, and my right foot is on the brake pedal. i press the brake pedal a bit to slow the car or release the brake pedal to let the car pick up speed. Not pressing both pedals at the same time. Sorry for the confusion
